How do I apply online?
Applying online is easy! Visit our floor plans page view available units. Choose the apartment you’re interested in and navigate to the application to submit your information.
How do I make a maintenance request?
We strive to answer each and every maintenance request as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team of experienced technicians work hard to ensure everything in your apartment is functioning properly. Making a maintenance request is as easy as signing into your Resident Services Portal to detail your issue. You can then track the progress of your requests in the portal and easily communicate with our leasing staff.
What is the pet policy?
We happily allow pets at Oaks of Northgate. There are some restrictions, and we encourage future residents with pets to view our Qualifying Criteria or to contact our leasing office with any questions.
How do I pay rent?
At Oaks of Northgate, it’s easy to make rent payments online through our Resident Services Portal. Once you create an account, you can simply sign on to view your balance and make a timely payment.

What are the leasing office hours?
Our office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.

What day of the month is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of every month and payments can be made easily online through our Resident Services Portal.
